Java Republic

Java Republic Roasting Company are driven by a determination to get the best taste out of the best coffee beans. Along with being committed to doing the best they can for the people who grow the coffee. They spent two years perfecting the patented handroasting technique before they began selling handroasted coffee in 1999. The result of this passion for quality is objectively superior handroasted coffee, real leaf teas, and ethical hot chocolate.

Robt Roberts

Robt Roberts have been roasting coffee since 1905.  This tradition continues today with premium coffees that are 100% Arabica.  

Apache Pizza

Pizza restaurants and pizza delivery is one of the most rapidly expanding segments of the Irish fast-food / restaurant sector. The market for delivered / take-away fast food is progressing from the traditional “deep fried” high fat content foods toward fast food which constitutes a more balanced nutritional offering to an increasingly discerning consumer.  The growth in the American Pizza market in 1986 was what initially grabbed the attention of Apache Pizza. By 1995 Pizza was still the number one growth sector in the fast food industry. This decade of sustained growth in the U.S. showed us that we had only realised the tip of the iceberg in the Irish market and that there was huge potential for growth. The Good Food Company recognised a service gap in the market for a fully Irish owned quality pizza delivery company and, so, APACHE PIZZA was launched in Dublin in 1996.  Kylemore have since partnered with Apache pizza to offer their extensive and delicious range of pizzas in The Mini UCC and in Elements in UCD.

The Bagel Factory

The Bagel Factory was founded in 1996 and rapidly expending its operations in Ireland.  The company uses a proprietary blend of high protein flour, which is milled especially for the Bagel Factory from wheat imported from America.  The bagels are homemade and baked in small batches throughout the day to ensure freshness.  The Bagel Factory uses all natural, GM free bagels offered in over 30 flavours that are low in fat, salt and cholesterol, yet high in energy-giving carbohydrates. Kylemore have themed up with the Bagel Factory in UCC in the belief that students are brand aware and brand loyal.
